The birth of Temples of Wisdom
Temples of Wisdom emerged from Ines’s transformative journey. Dedicated to meditation for over a decade, Ines's corporate healthcare career prompted a search for heart-centered reconnection.
For the past five years, she has immersed herself in exploring therapeutic approaches for emotional regulation and trauma release. Across Europe and Asia, from Portugal to Bali and Greece, Ines refined her skills. Temples of Wisdom, launched in 2022 in Switzerland, weaves this rich tapestry into its essence. Today, these temples are based in the UAE and serve the world.

Physical temples can be any piece of ground or even the body. Ethereal temples are those we tap into from other realms during guided meditation.

When activated, this energy in us is unlocked, expanded, and mastered so that we can channel it to materialize our mission and fulfill our life.
Meet the founder
Ines is a skilled practitioner in guiding individuals through change by helping them removing limiting loyalties and beliefs, clearing inner blockages, and resolving generational trauma. With over a decade of meditation practice, she has spent the past five years exploring therapeutic approaches for emotional regulation and trauma release. She studied Family Constellation at the Hellinger School and holds a master’s degree in Biological Engineering.
After seven years as an award-winning leader in healthcare, Ines transitioned into entrepreneurship in 2023 to offer transformative solutions, including advancements in the AI space. Now based in Dubai, she offers family constellation sessions and has developed her own methods for Temples of Wisdom.
